4. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is collected for a specific and legal purpose in order to fulfill the contractual obligations of the customer relationship. The controller has the right to engage in marketing based on a legitimate interest.
Personal data is collected in accordance with this privacy policy and under no circumstances is it used, changed or transferred in a different way than stated in this privacy policy.

5. INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER
The register contains the personal data of the registrar's customers and potential customers, which include: Name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information related to managing the customer relationship.

6. COOKIES
The website of the controller uses a third-party site analytics and marketing system (Google Analytics). The system collects information about visitors with the help of cookies, which, however, is not used to identify individual users, but to develop homepages and services. Google Analytics transmits and stores the data on its own server.

The site's feedback form uses Google's ReCaptcha (version 2) service, which ensures that only genuine people send feedback. Use of the feedback form requires acceptance of Google's privacy policy.

The register collects information from the registrant himself and from the sources of stakeholders.

8. REGULAR TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
Necessary customer data can be disclosed to the authorities for legal purposes. The data controller does not disclose information to third parties or automatically to other partners. In individual cases, the data controller will hand over the customer's data to the designated party, if the person concerned asks the data controller to act in the manner mentioned above, or if, based on legislation, a legally binding authority requires the data controller to hand over separately identified information from the data base in the data controller's possession.

9. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
The information is not transferred to a third country or international organization.

10. RIGHT OF INSPECTION
The registered person has the right to check what information about him is stored in the register. In addition, after making a sufficiently precise and individualized inspection request, he has the right to receive information about himself and the information contained in the recordings. The inspection request must be addressed in writing, signed to the controller's contact person, and photocopy of the user ID card must be attached.

11. RIGHT TO DEMAND CORRECTION AND DELETE OF INFORMATION
The registrar must correct incorrect information indicated by the person concerned in the personal information register. The registrar also has the obligation to check the accuracy and timeliness of the information in the register through independent activities. The registered person can also demand that the data controller delete information about him from the register.

12. OTHER RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The registered person has the right to demand the restriction of the processing of personal data. The registered person also has the right to receive the personal data concerning him, which he has provided to the data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transfer the data in question to another data controller. In addition, the data subject has the right to object to data processing, automatic decision-making and profiling.

13. RIGHT OF THE REGISTERED TO COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
The registered person has the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if the data controller has not complied with applicable data protection regulations in its operations.

14. DATA DELETE AND STORAGE PERIOD
The registrar deletes the customer's data from the register when there is no longer a business reason for the processing of the data or if the person concerned himself, based on the law, demands the registrar to delete the data concerning him.
Personal data is destroyed appropriately, taking data protection into account, when there is no longer a basis for processing or storing the data. However, the data will not be deleted if the law stipulates otherwise, or a competent authority has started a process that requires the data controller to keep the data, or another entity has applied to the Finnish court for a security protection decision for the data.
